Inspector Schroder (Remake)

Schroder, one of Hamburg's most renowned inspectors gets a telephone call promising him a slow death. A new criminal organisation which calls itself "The Magic Triangle" has him on target. Shortly after the phone call, Schroder looks for traces of this ridiculously named organisation.

Quote
Schroder: "I may take you to the next police station and give you a treatment there!" Informant: "That would be most unwise. My lawyer waits at the next corner and my buddies are just a whistle away."
Info
Inspector Schroder was a realistic film first. Unfortunately, the real version was never finished.
The version with stuffed pet was mostly shot in daylight and looks therefore much better than the realistic version.
The inspector is a rabbit. The Magic Triangle consists of two penguins and one killer whale.
Because of the relatively high quality of the camera, I was able to use the blue screen effect extensively. About 1/3 of the film was shot in front of a blue screen - a simple piece of paper. The blue colour was replaced later by recordings of Hamburgs harbour.
During that time, I got a Sony HDR-FX1 which I reviewed for a mac magazine. Because of the high resolution, the images look very sharp on DVD.
I thought about making a new film with the camera - unfortunately, I had only enough time for two remakes, which isn't too bad since no one knows the original films ;-)
