When I visited the Meiji Shrine (Meiji-jingu) near Harajuku Station for the first time, they had various Ikebana on display.

The World Trade Center Building in Minato-ku, Tokyo is a commercial skyscraper primarily used for office space. But there’s also stores and restaurants and a visitor observatory in this building.

The Smallest Festival in Tokyo

While walking aimlessly in Tokyo, I came across what could be the smallest festival in the city. It just had one mini portable shrine and a crowd.

Transportation Museum in Akihabara (Railway Museum)

Walking through Akihabara, I came across this small museum called the Transportation Museum by Japan Rail. One locomotive and the Shinkansen was on display outside.

After a 10+ hour flight, I arrived at Tokyo-Narita, transferred to a train and then continued to my hotel.

My Hotel in Tokyo

For my first trip to Japan, I picked a cheap hotel in the Taito ward of Tokyo. Hotel Juyoh has some internet PCs in the basement, the rooms are equipped with the bare minimum.
